Lesley Junko has over 10 years of operational experience in Human Resources. As HR Operations Supervisor, Lesley oversees the HR Administration team responsible for onboarding, offboarding, ACA, I-9 compliance, government reporting, record keeping, and leave management. Prior to joining HRCG in 2012, Lesley worked in Business Development and Staffing & Recruitment roles across the Healthcare Technology and Engineering industries. Lesley holds a B.S. in Health Management from Quinnipiac University.
