Robin Imbrogno is the founder of
The Human Resource Consulting Group. She earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Management/Counseling from the University of Bridgeport, plus a B.S. in Business Administration/Management, and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Mercy College.
Robin is a recognized leader in the business community as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The American Payroll Association (APA), The Independent Payroll Providers Association (IPPA), The Payroll Group (TPG) as Secretary on the Board of Directors, and a former recipient of the Association for Women in Communications award (WIC).
Robin holds board positions as President for The Payroll Group (TPG), a board member for the Women’s Business Development Council, and Co-Chair of the CBIA's Labor & Employment Law Council. Past positions include HR officer at Village Savings Banks in New York and Citytrust in Bridgeport, CT.
Robin has served as an adjunct professor for the Management and Business departments at the University of Bridgeport, Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, and Albertus Magnus. She is a certified facilitator for Fierce Communications and Global Achievement.
