Diane Chuchna

Diane Chuchna is the Payroll Manager at The Human Resource Consulting Group. She oversees the daily payroll processing for the Payroll team, bringing 20 years of experience to her role. Diane is responsible for the training and procedural documentation for the payroll team. During her tenure at a large bank, Diane had progressed from an Account Manager to Team Lead, and ultimately to Payroll Manager, where she established and managed the Payroll Correspondence Team which included creating the process flow, procedures and building the team, including the creation of sister teams in Manila and CA. Diane has mentored various team members, ensuring they receive the training and experience necessary to advance their careers. Diane has held her CPP certification since 2019.
