Robin Imbrogno, SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resource Certification), President, COO and founder of the Human Resource Consulting Group, LLC (HRCG). Robin holds a Master’s degree in HR / Counseling and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Computer Science. Robin is a recognized leader in the business community as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The American Payroll Association (APA), The Independent Payroll Providers Association (IPPA,) and a former recipient of the Association for Women in Communications award (WIC).
Ms. Imbrogno has held HR officer positions at Village Savings Banks in New York and Citytrust in Bridgeport, CT. Robin has served as adjunct professor for the Management and Business departments at the University of Bridgeport, Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, and Albertus Magnus. She is a certified facilitator for Fierce Communications and Global Achievement, has been elected to the TPG (The Payroll Group) serving as Secretary and is on the Board of Directors for WBDC (Women's Business Development Council).

Vivian DuBrava, PHR (Professional Human Resource Certification), SHRM-CP and HR Operations Manager. Vivian has 25 years of experience in Corporate HR and has held positions with Prudential, Elizabeth Arden, and NASDAQ. She has been with HRCG since 2003 and is responsible for overseeing the HR Administration Team and the daily operations of the human resource function. Vivian plays a vital role in maximizing the output of our various support services and ensures I9 Compliance, mandatory HR reporting, and most recently ACA compliance. Her focus on building client relations and understanding their needs is a major part of her concentration to continually improve on process and procedure.
Cynthia McLaughlin, FPC, CPP, Payroll and Tax Manager .Cynthia has been a valuable addition to the HRCG team with an FPC Certification, 26 years in customer service and more than 15 years in payroll and human resource management with Paychex. In her role as Payroll Support Manager with HRCG, Cynthia oversees Implementation, Distribution, Best Practices, and Tax operations. Cindy uses her experience in client management and staff training to develop process improvements and implement streamlined operations. She will continue to specialize in the management of quarter end and year end processes and returns. She will audit current wages and taxes to make sure that clients are compliant with Federal and State tax regulations.
Lisa Pollock, Assistant Manager of HR Business Partners. Lisa has more than 20 years of HR generalist experience, with expertise in building infrastructures for growing businesses focusing on HR compliance and implementing best practices. Prior to joining the HRCG team in 2011, Lisa served as Senior HR Manager at Mercedes-Benz Credit Corporation and as HRIS Project Manager at Daimler Chrysler Capital Services. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Plymouth State University, and certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Certified Professional (SCP).
