Robin Imbrogno, SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resource Certification), President, COO and founder of the Human Resource Consulting Group, LLC (HRCG). Robin holds a Master’s degree in HR / Counseling and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Computer Science. Robin is a recognized leader in the business community as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The American Payroll Association (APA), The Independent Payroll Providers Association (IPPA,) and a former recipient of the Association for Women in Communications award (WIC). 

Ms. Imbrogno has held HR officer positions at Village Savings Banks in New York and Citytrust in Bridgeport, CT. Robin has served as adjunct professor for the Management and Business departments at the University of Bridgeport, Sacred Heart University in Connecticut, and Albertus Magnus. She is a certified facilitator for Fierce Communications and Global Achievement. 

Robin’s drive for excellence and standards for outstanding client service have resulted in a long-term and loyal employee and client base.

Linda S. Meola, MBA, Business Development Manager. Linda joined HRCG’s management team in 2009 after 25 years in sales, marketing, and business development in the technology and pharmaceutical sectors. Linda brings both large company experience and an appreciation for entrepreneurial operations. With roots in the computer sector, Linda applies application expertise to help clients realize efficiencies through automation and process. Linda holds an MBA in Global Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance.

Elisa Murphy, Director of Payroll and Client Integration. Elisa began her career in Human Resources as a recruiter. After joining HRCG 9 years ago, Elisa quickly moved into management to direct client implementations. Elisa specializes in establishing a customized processing environment for each new customer. By starting with your general ledger, Elisa tailors client applications to maximize efficiencies and ROI. From time and attendance management, job costing, data collection, and payroll administration, Elisa oversees client implementations using a systematic approach to automating records management.

Vivian DuBrava, PHR (Professional Human Resource Certification) and Manager of HR Operations. Vivian oversees both on-site and remote HR Consultants that support our clients throughout the U.S. With a background in corporate HR management while at Prudential Insurance, Vivian provides guidance, balance, and client support to our specialists. Vivian has been with HRCG for 8 years.

Robyn Pato, Manager of HR Consulting Services. Robyn is the newest addition to our management team and is responsible for all strategic HR functions; policy development, compliance, manager relations, training, compensation planning, HR planning, benefits planning and HR consultation. She has extensive knowledge and skills in the areas of change management, organizational development and effectiveness, leadership and career progression, talent management, succession planning, and design/ implementation of HR systems and strategies. 

Robyn is versed in restructuring businesses, start-ups, business closings, and mergers and acquisitions. She has worked for small, mid-size and large companies and has diverse industry experience in consumer products, pharmaceutical, medical devices, military, industrial and high tech industries.  

Robyn is certified in selection, competency development and 360 degree assessment tools, succession planning and teambuilding processes and change management programs. She holds a masters degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.
