C2 Media With seven locations in the U.S. and Canada, C2Media supplies professional media graphics solutions to clients including many major domestic and international companies. For more than 20 years C2Media has grown, employing nearly 400 people today.
The company's previous experience with maintaining in-house HR personnel was "expensive and completely ineffective," according to C2Media Vice President Terry Monday, "because we're not HR experts, we're media and marketing experts."
C2Media needed a cost-effective solution that would enable them to maintain compliance, meet their employees' needs, and fully focus on serving clients. "HRCG was the answer," according to Terry.
