Chemical Marketing Concepts As the world's largest chemical sample fulfillment company, Chemical Marketing Concepts, Inc., (CMC) provides sample packaging and equipment to more than 30 major chemical companies worldwide. Since 1984, CMC has shipped more than 20,000,000 cosmetic, food-grade, electronic and industrial chemical samples to domestic and international destinations.
As the company grew, CMC managers found themselves spending more time on Human Resource responsibilities such as tracking and managing employee sick time, vacations, and status changes, plus benefit administration and reconciliation, and more. Although the company's size did not justify hiring a full time HR Manager, it did require dedicated professional HR expertise.
