Kamco, Inc. Since 1977, Kamco Supply, Inc. has served professional builders and contractors throughout the northeast with a full line of building materials for residential, commercial, institutional and municipal accounts. The company operates six branches spanning three states (CT, NY and RI) and employs more than 240 people, with expansion plans projecting short-term growth of up to 350 employees.
Kamco Owner Jay Sheehey considers HRCG an integral part of the Kamco team. "One of our major goals is to maintain a high level of morale and employee satisfaction, and HRCG helps us achieve that goal in a cost effective way," explains Jay. "If we had to set up and maintain an HR department in-house, it would cost more and we wouldn't get the expertise and talent that HRCG offers."
